Before your scheduled appointment, you'll need to purchase a suit for this appointment.  This suit helps the client perspire and burn calories during the session.  These can be found locally at Walmart or Five and Below.  Be sure to also come fully hydrated before your session.  Additionally, we will be sure that you remain hydrated during and after your session.  We will provide cold cloths to keep you cool throughout your appointment.
