Room Rental

Room Rental is $625 a month.  This includes the use of the room exclusively as well as the use of the shared areas for you and your clients, stocked bathroom, access to the building to fit your schedule, utilities, parking, and county taxes.  You will supply your own clientele, table, linens, massage oil/creams, all supplies, keeping the room clean, liability insurance, schedule your own appointments, follow Halcyon Spa's guidelines, and take in your own payments. Room rental is available to both male and female massage therapists with existing clientele.
